E-Mining

Urban mining goes way beyond electronics. It's everything that goes into a landfill that can be taken out, since many contain "precious metals" like platinum, iridium and others that could have large implications for energy independence and renewable energy. Urban mining is a budding global industry that encompasses essentially anything that's recyclable. Mining precious metals requires a lot of energy and power. Mining from electronic junk would not only solve the purpose but also reduce the energy consumption as well as save the natural resources. Therefore it is vital that e-waste should be always handled by the authorized recyclers in order to be properly managed and obtaining an end to end solution to the growing problem.
